In this Hero, the needle of the rev-counter has been animated using the rotate scrolling effect. The needle itself is a transparent PNG overlaid onto the rev-counter image. The effect works equally well on mobiles as well as desktops.

This particular header only really works on a dark-themed web page because the menu block has a semi-translucent background. You could, if you wished, change it to a solid background so your page could be designed with lighter elements.

On the mobile version, the menu has been replaced with a hamburger icon, which would typically be linked to a mobile pop-up menu.
